My last crit of the year, and it was a big on. $10,000 to 25 places. I had three goals for the day. 1st and foremost I didn't want to crash out George Hincapie--that would be bad. 2nd don't crash myself--there were a couple close calls, but I stayed upright. 3rd try not to think about Ryan Gamm running on the olentangy path without a shirt--the thought can be distracting in a number of ways. The race was pretty straight forward--it came down to a field sprint and I got second. I was going to race again on sunday, but I decided end my road season after that and go home. Thanks to savagehill for all the support this road season--sorry i didn't race in ohio more. stay tuned for some cyclo-cross reports.
